Elizabeth Mitchell is a beautiful and talented actress who is currently best known for her role as Dr Juliet Burke in the hit TV Series ‘Lost’ Shown on ABC.
Elizabeth was born in Los Angeles, California on March 27th 1970. Shortly after her birth that same year she and her family moved to Dallas, Texas.
After having high hopes of becoming an actress Elizabeth finally achieved her goal when she began to win roles on some of TV’s best shows. One of her first characters was that of Lt Sandra Gilbert in ‘Jag’.
She later moved on to work in the film industry and gained a role playing ‘Julia Sullivan’ in the movie ‘Frequency’ alongside Dennis Quaid. The film was a big success and lead to more work including ‘Nurse Betty’ alongside Renee Zellweger, and ‘The Santa clause' 2 & 3.
Elizabeth then went on to feature in the hit TV series ER playing the role of ‘Dr Kim Legaspi’ from 200-2001.
She had brief roles in CSI and Boston legal before she won what was to become her most notable role to date, playing ‘Juliet Burke’ in the hit ABC Series ‘Lost’ the show went from strength to strength and is now one of the most watched programs in America and worldwide. Her relationship with the characters and gripping storylines have meant she is now one of the main characters.
Elizabeth is married to actor Chris Soldevilla and the couple have a son together named Christopher Junior who was born on September 4th 2005.
